Shipping Policy

Order Processing:

    • We strive to process and ship all orders as quickly as possible. Most orders will be processed and dispatched within 1-2 business days.
Shipping Methods:
  • We offer standard shipping for all orders, which typically takes 3-7 business days for delivery, depending on your location.
Shipping Fees:
  • Shipping charges will be calculated and displayed at checkout. The shipping fee will depend on the destination and the weight of the items ordered.
Tracking Information:
  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email notification with tracking information to help you monitor your package's delivery status.
International Shipping:
  • At this time, we only offer shipping within the US. 

Return Policy

Eligibility:
  • If, for any reason, you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, you may initiate a return for store credit within 14 days from the date of receiving the item.
Items Eligible for Return:
  • Only regular-priced items are eligible for return. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Condition of Returned Items:
  • To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging with all tags and labels attached.

Return Process

To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team at amelia@darlingloungewear.com within 14 days of receiving the item. The return shipping cost will be the responsibility of the customer.

 

Store Credit:

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will issue store credit equal to the original purchase price (excluding shipping fees). The store credit will be provided in the form of a unique coupon code that can be applied during checkout on your next purchase.
Exchanges:
    • We currently do not offer product exchanges. If you wish to purchase a different item, please use the store credit issued for the returned product to place a new order.
    Damaged or Defective Items:
      • In the rare event that you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our customer support team immediately. We will arrange for a return and provide a replacement or issue store credit, whichever is preferred.
      Cancellations:
        • We do not accept order cancellations once the order has been processed and shipped. If you wish to return an item, please follow our return policy guidelines.
        Final Sale Items:
        • All items purchased during clearance sales or special promotions marked as "final sale" are non-returnable and non-refundable.
